Appointment at anywhere in San Diego county Clients get: 1. All the unedited images within 48hrs, correct colors with AI tool. 2. 30 High quality retouching photos, retouched by Photoshop, turnaround time 4-5 weeks. 3. Online gallery hosted for 1 year 4. Unlimited full resolution digital downloads 5. Discount when order prints [Terms of Service]: Booking Fee: Clients agree to pay a one-time booking fee to reserve and secure Photographer's/Videographer’s Services (the “Booking Fee”) in the amount of $998 upon booking online or signing agreement. The Booking Fee is non-refundable in any event and will be applied toward the Total Amount Due described in Schedule A of Service Agreement. [Reschedule]: After the Date of the appointment is confirmed, PKA Photography agrees to offer one complimentary reschedule. Any additional reschedule will incur a charge of $100 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. [Turnaround Time]: - Raw & AI-Corrected Color Images: within 48 hours. - Edited/Retouched/ Photos: approximately 5 weeks. The turnaround time provided herein is our best estimate and not a guarantee. We will do its best for the prompt delivery. Raw Footage:Will be shipped within 10 business days after CLIENT confirms the video editing and places the order of the USB drive via the website or through the Agreement. Video: approximately 8 weeks [Format for Delivery]: [FORMAT AND MEDIA FOR PHOTOGRAPHS]: Dropbox link or online gallery [FORMAT AND MEDIA FOR VIDEO]: Dropbox link or hard drive Upon delivery of the unedited images, Client will have a period of thirty (30) days to download and select the photos for post-processing. [Revisions]: Photography Revisions - After receiving edited photos, Client shall have a two-week period to make a request for revisions with clear feedback and instructions. Photographer agrees to accommodate two such revision requests made within one month without charge, whichever comes first. Videography Revisions - After receiving the edited video, Client shall have a two-week period to make a request for revisions with clear feedback and instructions. Photographer agrees to accommodate one revision request made within this period without charge. Any additional revisions beyond the limit or after the time limit shall be subject to additional charges. Beach session additional fee: + $100

We will send you the agreement to sign online once you booked your wedding on our website. Turnaround Time: All the Engagement Photos (AI-Corrected Color): within 48 hours. HQR Engagement Photos: approximately 4 weeks after Client confirmed photos. All the Pre-Wedding Event Photos (AI-Corrected Color): within 48 hours. Wedding Day Sneak Peek Images: within 48 hours. Edited/Retouched/ Photos and/or Video: approximately 6 weeks. Full resolution deliverables will be provided upon final gallery confirmation. All the AI-Corrected Color Images: Will be released within 10 business days after Client’s written confirmation of final delivery of edited photos. Raw Footage: RAW files will be delivered only if a USB drive is ordered via pkaphoto.com/shop. The USB drive will be shipped within 10 business days after CLIENT confirms the video editing and places the order of the USB drive via the website or through the Agreement. The USB drive will be uploaded and sent via UPS. Delivery time varies based on geographical location. Please note that any delays by UPS are not the responsibility of the Photographer. Photo Album and Prints: Only if Client ordered tangible items, approximately 3 months after client confirm the design. The turnaround time provided herein is Photographer’s best estimate and not a guarantee. Photographer will do its best for the prompt delivery. Procedure for Delivering and Reviewing Proofs: Edited photos and/or video will be delivered through an online gallery. Client will have a 14-day review period to provide written confirmation or request revisions (if included in the package). Once Client confirms that the final edited deliverables have been received and approved, and all outstanding balances have been paid in full, Photographer will release all unedited (color-corrected) photos and other remaining deliverables, as applicable. Client will receive a Dropbox or Google Drive link containing all unedited (color-corrected) photos within ten (10) business days after providing written confirmation of final delivery of the edited photos. If Client orders a USB drive via pkaphoto.com/shop, it will contain the deliverables selected by Client at the time of purchase, which may include edited photos, raw photos, edited videos, raw video footage, or any combination thereof. The USB will be shipped via UPS within ten (10) business days after final delivery is confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on UPS...
