[All inclusive photography + videography package]: 2 shooters 1 photographer / videographer for full time 1 videographer during ceremony 2hrs coverage No less than 200 AI-Corrected Color images Full length 4K video from a professional video camera with sound system during ceremony 4K edited video - 1 min highlight wedding film Receive all the photos within 48hrs 20 High quality retouching photos 30% off on order albums Unlimited full resolution digital downloads via Dropbox (for 7 days) Online gallery with all the retouched photos & video Appointment at 1600 Pacific Hwy San Diego downtown only [Terms of Service]: Booking Fee: Clients agree to pay a one-time booking fee to reserve and secure Photographer's/Videographer’s Services (the “Booking Fee”) in the amount of $699 upon booking online or signing agreement. The Booking Fee is non-refundable in any event and will be applied toward the Total Amount Due described in Schedule A of Service Agreement. [Reschedule]: After the Date of the appointment is confirmed, PKA Photography agrees to offer one complimentary reschedule. Any additional reschedule will incur a charge of $100 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. [Turnaround Time]: - Raw & AI-Corrected Color Images: within 48 hours. - Edited/Retouched/ Photos: approximately 5 weeks. The turnaround time provided herein is our best estimate and not a guarantee. We will do its best for the prompt delivery. Raw Footage: within 10 business days after edit confirmed & receive the USB order from client. Video: approximately 8 weeks [Format for Delivery]: [FORMAT AND MEDIA FOR PHOTOGRAPHS]: Dropbox link or online gallery [FORMAT AND MEDIA FOR VIDEO]: Dropbox link or hard drive Upon delivery of the unedited images, Client will have a period of thirty (30) days to select the photos for post-processing. [Revisions]: Photography Revisions - After receiving edited photos, Client shall have a two-week period to make a request for revisions with clear feedback and instructions. Photographer agrees to accommodate two such revision requests made within one month without charge, whichever comes first. Videography Revisions - After receiving the edited video, Client shall have a two-week period to make a request for revisions with clear feedback and instructions. Photographer agrees to accommodate one revision request made within this period without charge. Any additional revisions beyond the limit or after the time limit shall be subject to additional charges.
