[All inclusive photography package]: 1 photographer 2hrs coverage No less than 200 AI-Corrected Color images Receive all the photos within 48hrs 20 High quality retouching photos Online gallery Unlimited full resolution digital downloads via Dropbox (for 7 days) Appointment at 1600 Pacific Hwy San Diego downtown only [Terms of Service]: Booking Fee: Clients agree to pay a one-time booking fee to reserve and secure Photographer's/Videographer’s Services (the “Booking Fee”) in the amount of $450 upon booking online or signing agreement. The Booking Fee is non-refundable in any event and will be applied toward the Total Amount Due described in Schedule A of Service Agreement. [Reschedule]: After the Date of the appointment is confirmed, PKA Photography agrees to offer one complimentary reschedule. Any additional reschedule will incur a charge of $100 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. Unless the photographer agrees otherwise, no rescheduling request can be accommodated if the request is made within 7 days prior to the then confirmed date of the appointment. [Turnaround Time]: - Unedited or AI-Corrected Color Images: within 48 hours. - Edited/Retouched/ Photos: approximately 5 weeks. The turnaround time provided herein is our best estimate and not a guarantee. We will do its best for the prompt delivery. [Procedure for Delivering and Reviewing Proofs]: Client will receive a Dropbox link with all the RAW| AI-corrected images within 48hrs after the session Upon delivery of the unedited images, Client will have a period of thirty (30) days to download and select the photos for post-processing. Failure to download or select photos within the specified time frame will be considered a waiver of the right to post-processing services, including, but not limited to High-Quality Retouching and other related services. In case the Client fails to download the files, including raw images, edited images, videos, and other media, within the specified time frame, Photographer will not be held responsible for any loss of the files and reserves the right to delete them. [Revisions]: After receiving edited photos, Client shall have a two-week period to make a request for revisions with clear feedback and instructions. Photographer agrees to accommodate two such revision requests made within one month without charge, whichever comes first. Any additional revisions beyond the limit or requested after the time limit shall be subject to additional charges.
